Once Processed: After an order is marked Processing or Fulfilled (picked, packed, or a label has been created), cancellations at the customer’s request incur a 15% restocking fee.
After Shipment: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a carrier intercept/return is possible, carrier fees and the 15% restocking fee will apply.

The addition of cranberry to this predominantly grape flavor was a great move by CZAR. It balances out the sweetness of the grape with the tartness of the cranberry and gives this flavor great depth.
