⏱ Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours (Monday–Friday). Most ship within 48 hours.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Some orders may be reviewed for security/fraud prevention and we’ll reach out the same day if needed.
📮 Shipping & Delivery Time
We use trusted carriers with Adult Signature (21+) required on delivery.
Delivery time after processing: typically up to 10 business days depending on your location.
✅ Adult Signature Required by Law
Federal law requires a valid government-issued photo ID for packages containing vape products (recipient must be 21+).
If no one is available to sign and the package is returned, we’ll issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges.
📝 Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to help based on the order status:
Before Processing: If your order has not yet entered processing, we can usually cancel or edit it at no cost.
Once Processed: After an order is marked Processing or Fulfilled (picked, packed, or a label has been created), cancellations at the customer’s request incur a 15% restocking fee.
After Shipment: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a carrier intercept/return is possible, carrier fees and the 15% restocking fee will apply.
🚚 Shipping Carriers & Responsibilities
We are not responsible for delays, theft, or damage caused by the carrier after the package leaves our facility.
Returned packages will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost.
📧 Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number to follow your delivery.
Not super strong flavor, and I don’t know how they came about labeling this 18,000 puffs. I understand the length of each hit affects that, but to give some context, I’m used to buying the VPR 7000. Those last me about 6 days a piece. For 7k puffs. These lasted a MAX of 5 days with it set on the lowest power (14W).

This is a good store. I’ve had a few issues but they did eventually rectify them after much ado. So for that reason I’m giving a 3 star. Customer service could be much much much better. Definitely not the customer service I am used to with other stores. The prices are super though so for that reason I am continuing to purchase from them.
