🚫 International Orders

We currently do not ship internationally. Any order placed with an international shipping address will be automatically canceled and refunded.

We are currently unable to ship to the following U.S. states:

We also cannot ship to U.S. territories:

🌿 Kratom Shipping Restrictions

Due to state and local regulations, we are unable to ship any Kratom products to the locations below. Orders containing Kratom with a shipping address in these areas will be canceled and refunded.

⏱ Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours (Monday–Friday). Most ship within 48 hours.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Some may be reviewed for security, and we’ll reach out the same day if needed.

📮 Shipping & Delivery Time

We use trusted carriers with Adult Signature (21+) required on delivery.

Delivery time after processing: up to 10 business days depending on your location.

✅ Adult Signature Required by Law

Federal law requires a valid government-issued photo ID for packages containing vape products.

If no one is available to sign and the package is returned, we’ll issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges.
