Seeing this item is a bummer would be the understatement of the day! This item powered on but had a black screen, so all of the functionality and user experiences were unavailable, thus rendering this product completely pointless. Because they have a return policy requiring the item to be sealed in its original packaging, I could not return it. What I ended up with is a mediocre tasting vape that didn’t offer any of the features it said it did because it wouldn’t power on. Just a dead black screen. Oh well, I tried.
