🚫 International Orders
We currently do not ship internationally. Any order placed with an international shipping address will be automatically canceled and refunded.
🌎 State-by-State Restrictions on Vaping Products
Vape Mania strictly complies with all federal and state laws regarding vaping products.
We are currently unable to ship to the following U.S. states:
- Alaska
- Arkansas
- Colorado
- Georgia
- Hawaii
- Maine
- Nebraska
- New Hampshire
- New York
- North Carolina
- Ohio
- Oregon
- South Dakota
- Utah
- Vermont
We also cannot ship to U.S. territories:
- Guam
- Northern Mariana Islands
- American Samoa
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
Orders to these locations will be canceled and refunded.
🌿 Kratom Shipping Restrictions
Due to state and local regulations, we are unable to ship any Kratom products to the locations below. Orders containing Kratom with a shipping address in these areas will be canceled and refunded.

⏱ Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours (Monday–Friday). Most ship within 48 hours.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Some orders may be reviewed for security/fraud prevention and we’ll reach out the same day if needed.
📮 Shipping & Delivery Time
We use trusted carriers with Adult Signature (21+) required on delivery.
Delivery time after processing: typically up to 10 business days depending on your location.
✅ Adult Signature Required by Law
Federal law requires a valid government-issued photo ID for packages containing vape products (recipient must be 21+).
If no one is available to sign and the package is returned, we’ll issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges.
📝 Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to help based on the order status:

Before Processing: If your order has not yet entered processing, we can usually cancel or edit it at no cost.

Once Processed: After an order is marked Processing or Fulfilled (picked, packed, or a label has been created), cancellations at the customer’s request incur a 15% restocking fee.

After Shipment: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a carrier intercept/return is possible, carrier fees and the 15% restocking fee will apply.
🚚 Shipping Carriers & Responsibilities
- We are not responsible for delays, theft, or damage caused by the carrier after the package leaves our facility.
- Returned packages will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost.
📧 Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number to follow your delivery.
