Orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours (Monday–Friday). Most ship within 48 hours.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Some orders may be reviewed for security/fraud prevention and we’ll reach out the same day if needed.
📮 Shipping & Delivery Time
We use trusted carriers with Adult Signature (21+) required on delivery.
Delivery time after processing: typically up to 10 business days depending on your location.

Federal law requires a valid government-issued photo ID for packages containing vape products (recipient must be 21+).
If no one is available to sign and the package is returned, we’ll issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to help based on the order status:
Before Processing: If your order has not yet entered processing, we can usually cancel or edit it at no cost.
Once Processed: After an order is marked Processing or Fulfilled (picked, packed, or a label has been created), cancellations at the customer’s request incur a 15% restocking fee.
After Shipment: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a carrier intercept/return is possible, carrier fees and the 15% restocking fee will apply.
